Interfaith Prayer Vigil for Immigrants on October 6th
Our faith calls us to welcome the stranger and to support the dignity of every person. Today I am sharing an action step you can take to show support for immigrants interacting with ICE.
You are invited to attend an Interfaith Prayer Vigil at the NH Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office on Tuesday October 6th at 9:00am. The location is 275 Chestnut St. Manchester, NH.
Prayer vigils happen each month to show solidarity and support for immigrants that are interacting with ICE in this building. They are powerful and moving events with singing, prayer and include a Jericho walk in silence.
In solidarity and peace,
Shideko (she/her)
